Product Introduction
NR-7GD Fluorinated Silicon Anticorrosion Coating is a fluorinated silicon resin. By selecting a chain with excellent resistance to corrosion and heat, the large molecular fluorinated silicon resin is degraded into smaller molecules for easier penetration. Active isocyanate (NCO) groups are added to the fluorinated silicon resin. With a pre-buried catalyst, it can quickly cross-link and solidify in the air to form interpenetrating networks (PIN). It can penetrate into the base material to form a unified defense system. Its dense surface layer, achieved after penetration, provides anticorrosion. Further polymerization is completed after the smaller molecules are brushed onto the surface.

Application Scope
NR-7GD Fluorosilicone Corrosion-Resistant Coating can be used as an alternative to waterproof caps at the ends of insulation pipes, with a water permeability rate of 0.017. It contains polyurethane components, offering strong compatibility with polyurethane insulation layers, good adhesion, and fire-retardant properties during welding.
Interface anti-corrosion process: Sanding and rust removal - remove water and oil - brush NR-7GD fluosilicate zinc-rich paint on steel pipe - wrap with two layers of polyester mesh cloth (10CM width to ensure anti-corrosion coating thickness) around the welding joint - apply three coats of NR-7GD fluosilicate anti-corrosion paint - use petroleum wrap shrink band or shrink sleeve (optional), heating pipe with electric heat shrink sleeve - pass pressure test - foam insulation. This process for joint anti-corrosion and insulation can prevent water leakage from the joint causing working pipe corrosion later. To enhance anti-corrosion, carbon fiber cloth + fluosilicate anti-corrosion paint can be used, with two layers of cloth and three layers of paint wrapped, which can withstand over 25MPA pressure. If conditions permit, pre-corrosion treatment can be done on 1-meter sections at both ends of the steel pipe before insulation, for added safety and reliability.
