After grinding, the precision reaches 6 levels. Special attention is given to the worm for grinding after precision carbonitriding, ensuring over 75% gear surface contact for product reliability and low noise. The main drive parts of the reducer are equipped with imported bearings, and the sealing components use Taiwanese skeleton oil seals. The power range is from 0.09KW to 55KW, with output torque from 60N.M to 10200N.M, and speed ratio from 15 to 390 (with a 4-pole motor). Lower output speeds can be achieved with 6 or 8-pole motors. For even lower output speeds, a two-stage reducer combination can be used, providing a lower speed ratio. Variable speed is achievable by adding an infinite variable speed drive.
