The ZZJ-800 series auxiliary drive DC motor for rolling mills is a crucial power equipment in the steel industry. It can withstand frequent starts, stops, frequent reversals, and significant overload torques in harsh working environments. It is primarily used in equipment such as work roll conveyors, press-down devices, adjustable tension rolls, shearing machines, crane cranes, and more, serving as an upgraded and replacement product for the ZZ/ZZK, ZZY, ZZJ0, ZZJ2 series motors.

This series of motors features a circular structure with excellent heat dissipation, suitable for rectifier power supply. It can withstand dynamic current and rapid changes in current (load changes) and operates with good commutation.

This series of motors maintains the installation dimensions of the 600 series, while the power rating is one level higher than the 600 series, equivalent to the international advanced level.

The motor is F-class insulated, featuring a reliable insulation structure and impregnation process, ensuring stable insulation performance and excellent heat dissipation.

The motor is suitable for power supply from DC generator sets and also from static rectifier power sources. When the rectifier power source is connected in a three-phase full-bridge circuit, it can operate smoothly and long-term without the need for a filter inductor.
