The automatic transfer control system for fully automatic diesel generator sets is designed to be compatible with imported diesel engines and domestically modified diesel engines (equipped with electronic governors) as well as synchronous motors. The system, centered around an imported programmable logic controller (PLC), monitors the diesel generator set and the municipal power supply, enabling automatic start-up and transfer functions without the need for continuous staff supervision. It is widely utilized in high-rise buildings, post and telecommunications, telecommunication systems, banking systems, oil fields, airports, and other critical locations.
Function Overview: In the event of a power outage, the diesel generator set automatically starts up to supply power; upon power restoration, it automatically switches back to municipal power supply, shuts down the generator set, and enters a pre-startup state. The control system automatically detects and monitors signals such as water temperature, oil temperature, oil pressure, and speed of the diesel generator set. In case of a fault, the generator set emits an audible and visual alarm and takes a series of protective measures. The generator set will trigger an audible and visual alarm after three failed startups.
