This product features an explosion-proof structure with a steel plate welded housing and electrostatic powder coating on the surface.
● Internally equipped with high-interrupting capacity miniature circuit breakers or molded case circuit breakers, AC vacuum contactors, motor protectors, voltmeters, and other components, featuring protection functions against overloads, short circuits, under-voltage, phase failure, and leakage currents.
● All lines use non-sparking explosion-proof plug-in devices, with clear equipment number indicator plates. The explosion-proof power distribution box shell is made of ZL102 aluminum alloy die-casting or steel plate welding, with high-voltage static powder coating on the surface and stainless steel exposed fasteners for an aesthetically pleasing product. Sunxin explosion-proof production and customized indicator plates are formed from 304 stainless steel sheets, with polishing for a stylish, practical appearance.
● The explosion-proof surface is processed with special techniques, incorporating oil-resistant and aging-resistant silicone "O" type seals. The internal components can be equipped with high-interrupting circuit breakers or molded-case circuit breakers according to customer requirements, such as DZ47, C65, DZ158, NM1, CM1, etc. This design achieves an IP65 protection class for the enclosure, addressing the issue of rainwater intrusion in traditional explosion-proof boxes when used outdoors, and eliminating the complicated and ineffective measures of using rain shields.
All fasteners are made of corrosion-resistant 304 stainless steel.
