Structure Overview of Explosion-proof Electrical Control Box made of 304 Stainless Steel
Explosion-proof electrical control boxes are designed and manufactured in accordance with the standards GB3836.1-2010 "Explosive Atmospheres: Equipment – General Requirements," GB3836.2-2010 "Explosive Atmospheres: Equipment Protected by Intrinsic Safety 'd'," and GB3836.3-2010 "Explosive Atmospheres – Part 3: Equipment Protected by Increased Safety 'e'." They have passed inspection by the national inspection authority and been issued with an explosion-proof certificate.
The distribution box housing is made of die-cast aluminum alloy, with a surface coating. The main chamber features an explosion-proof structure, and the wiring chamber has an increased safety structure. The explosion-proof joint surface of the main chamber is fitted with O-shaped sealing rings for dust and water resistance. It is internally equipped with small or molded-case circuit breakers with high breaking capacity and other components. The operation is achieved through handles on the cover, ensuring reliable performance, and equipped with a signal light indicating the opening and closing status. The distribution box employs a modular design, allowing various circuits to be freely combined, resulting in a compact structure and an aesthetically pleasing appearance. The incoming and outgoing line introduction can be done using steel pipes or cable wiring, with the direction of the incoming and outgoing line ports determined by the customer's requirements.
Non-standard explosion-proof electrical control box: The housing is made of steel plate welding and surface electrostatic painting. It consists of a main chamber and a wiring chamber, both with explosion-proof structures. It is internally equipped with high-interrupting circuit breakers and other components, and can be operated by handles on the cover for opening and closing, ensuring reliable operation performance. It also features indicator lights for opening and closing signals. The incoming and outgoing line introduction can be done via steel pipe or cable wiring, and the direction of the incoming and outgoing line ports and internal components can be customized according to customer requirements.
304 Stainless Steel Explosion-Proof Electric Control Box Installation and Maintenance
Before installing and using the product, check the technical data on the label to ensure it matches the usage requirements.
Before installation or maintenance, the power supply must be disconnected from the preceding stage.
Cable entering and exiting must pass through a rubber seal and be securely fastened with a washer and a tightening nut to ensure a seal and prevent cable loosening.
●If the sealing ring shows signs of corrosion, cracking, deformation, sticking, or a hardness change exceeding 20% over the factory setting during use, it should be promptly purchased and replaced from the manufacturer to ensure reliable explosion-proof performance.
●During maintenance and disassembly, ensure that the explosion-proof surface is not bumped, scratched, or corroded, and apply 204-1 anti-rust oil regularly.
The distribution box should be regularly inspected during use to ensure its proper operation.
Unauthorized personnel are strictly prohibited from opening the cover for repair or inspection.
