The explosion-proof positive pressure cabinet housing is made of steel plate or stainless steel welding, with a high-speed shot blasting followed by powder electrostatic spraying, resulting in an aesthetically pleasing appearance.

It can be equipped with various common detection instruments, analytical instruments, display instruments, transformers, soft starters, inverters, PLCs, buttons, switches, microcomputer touch screens, and general electrical components, without any restrictions on the electrical components required by the user.

● Explosion-proof positive pressure cabinets feature diverse designs, including cabinet style (vertical and horizontal), wall-mounted, console, and flat options.

●The electrical control cabinet is composed of the cabinet body, control system, gas distribution system, alarm system, and power distribution system; the positive pressure chamber is equipped with explosion-proof components of the control system and the user's power distribution system components (also available in split or integrated configurations as per customer requirements).

●The left and right cabinets feature a ventilation-type air intake, which provides continuous, uninterrupted gas supply. The working heat of the components inside the positive-pressure chamber can be carried away through the air circuit, offering excellent heat dissipation effects.

● Zhongtong Intelligent Pressure Cabinet is designed, manufactured, and inspected according to GB3836 standard and related standards. Under the control of the automatic control system, the cabinet introduces protective gas, with the pressure inside the pressurized chamber higher than that outside, creating a micro-positive pressure safe environment. This prevents flammable hazardous gases from entering the pressurized chamber, ensuring the safe operation of ordinary instruments and electrical components inside.
