Explosion-proof analytical cabin structure and exterior facilities
The explosion-proof booth for metal structures is a non-standard product. Its size can be determined based on the number, type, complexity of the system, and operational maintenance space of the analyzers, with ample room provided. Due to limitations of long-distance transportation, its external dimensions are generally as follows:
Reference Length: Outdoor main body 2.5-6.5m (Due to standard steel sizing, lifting, and transportation structural strength considerations, the length of a single analysis cabin should not exceed 6.5m. If 6.5m is required, a modular structure can be used, with separate assembly, transported to the site, and then combined. Alternatively, two analysis cabins can be utilized).
Reference Width: Outdoor main body 2.5m, width should not exceed 3.0m (Limited by road transportation width, width should not exceed 3.0m).
Explosion-proof cabin mechanical structure and material requirements
(1) Frame, pedestal, and roof
The frame, base, and roof of the explosion-proof cabin are made of metal components, welded from shaped steel, and should possess sufficient strength and rigidity to ensure the cabin remains undamaged during loading, lifting, shifting, and transportation.
The roof must have a certain pitch, with a minimum slope of 4%, and can be in an A-shaped or single-sloped structure. Flat roofs are not allowed to prevent water accumulation.
(2) Interior and exterior walls, as well as interior and exterior ceiling panels
Exterior wall panels should be made of 1.5mm to 2.0mm steel plates, and can be assembled using N-type panel structures to form the exterior wall. 304 stainless steel brushed film panels can be used, as well as cold-rolled mild steel plates. When using cold-rolled steel plates, surface coating treatment is mandatory, with the coating color being white or international gray. Interior wall panels and ceilings should also be made of 1.5mm to 2.0mm steel plates, using cold-rolled steel plates as the material, or stainless steel plates upon customer request. Surface coating treatment is required for cold-rolled plates, with the ceiling coated in white glossy paint and interior wall panels in white matte paint.
Roof panels must be equipped with an effective waterproof design, which can be either a snap-together structure or a flat welding waterproof design. Made from 1.5mm to 2.0mm stainless steel sheets, these materials ensure long-lasting corrosion resistance for the roof surface. The external roof can bear a load of over 250kg/m2 (the weight of two people) without deformation. Insulation layer.
Insulate the space between the interior and exterior walls, as well as the interior and exterior ceilings, with fire-retardant thermal insulation materials such as mineral wool, with the thickness of the insulation layer generally at 70-75mm (3in), suitable for extremely cold or hot climates.
Thicken to 80-85mm
