Explosion-proof control cabinets are assembled with switchgear, measuring instruments, protective devices, and auxiliary equipment in enclosed or semi-enclosed metal cabinets or panels, according to electrical wiring requirements. Their layout should meet the requirements for the normal operation of the power system, facilitate maintenance, and not endanger personnel or surrounding equipment. Under normal operation, circuits can be connected or disconnected manually or automatically. In case of faults or abnormal operation, circuit breakage or alarms are achieved through protective devices. Measuring instruments can display various parameters during operation and can adjust certain electrical parameters, prompting or signaling deviations from normal working conditions. Commonly used in power distribution stations and transformer stations, control cabinets are primarily used for high-rise building water supply without towers, fire fighting deep well pumps with constant pressure water supply, and other scenarios requiring closed-loop adjustment of pump speed based on real-time water usage conditions. These systems employ variable frequency drives, intelligent controllers, pressure sensors, and pumps to form a closed-loop control system.
Multiple-pump control, stable pipeline pressure, improved water supply quality, reduced secondary pollution, high energy-saving efficiency, and can realize an unmanned water supply automatic control system without a tower.
