Features a safety electrical insulation wall to protect operators, testing equipment, and the items being tested.

The output voltage features continuous output and time-sharing output capabilities; in the continuous output voltage mode, if the test fails, the tester will automatically initiate testing after cutting off the high voltage with a delay (which can be set) following the delay period.

Test current can be as small as 0.1nA and as large as 20.00mA.

The capacitive load can be charged with a current of 500mA prior to testing, and it will automatically initiate testing upon completion, significantly enhancing the testing speed of capacitive loads.

Auto-discharge feature

The tester features a 99-memory group capacity.

The tester can save up to 9,999 test results and the test data can be imported into a PC via a communication interface.
