Our developed aluminum thermite welding agent is easy to prepare, welds quickly, and has a simple operation method. Its hardness, static bend, and tensile strength test indicators all meet the requirements of similar imported finished products. It features moderate heat output, strong fusion, high plasticity of the fused metal, and resistance to cracking and peeling. Instructions for Use: 1. Thread the cable wire into the welding mold and place it parallel on the pipeline. 2. Place the copper sheet on the top of the mold's inner hole (covering the inner hole). 3. Then, place the aluminum thermite welding agent and igniter on top of the copper sheet. 4. Light it directly with a match (open flame) or a lighter gun. 5. After lighting, quickly cover the top cover of the welding mold and wait until the combustion is complete. 6. Before welding, the pipeline surface must be rusted and oiled off.
