Product Description 1. Product Introduction The reference electrode is an essential component in the cathodic protection system. It can be used to measure the potential of the protected structure and also serves as a signal source for the automatic control of a constant potential meter. 2. Applications of Submerged, Long-Lasting, Saturated Copper Sulfate Reference Electrode (1) Monitor cathodic protection status and measure the potential for sacrificial anode protection. (2) Serve as a stable signal source for automatic control in impressed current cathodic protection systems, suitable for cathodic protection projects of buried pipelines and underground metal structures. (3) Can be buried in locations that require monitoring but are inaccessible. Examples include: the central bottom position of large containers; positions between underground fuel depots and chemical storage tanks that cannot be approached; and underground utility networks beneath city roads. They can be pre-buried during construction and used over a long period. (4) Remote measurement signal source for pipeline cathodic protection.
