Technical Requirements for Potentiostat ??Two potentiostats, one in use and one in reserve, are installed in the same control cabinet and the switching between the two potentiostats is achieved by the control cabinet. 1.1 Operating Conditions ??Ambient Temperature: -25℃ to +45℃; ??Relative Humidity: 15%RH to 90%RH; ??Atmospheric Pressure: 86Kpa to 106Kpa; ??AC Power Supply: Single-phase 220V±10%V provided by the control cabinet; Frequency 50±5%HZ ??Output Voltage/Current: 50V/50A 1.2 Basic Performance ??Reference Potential Adjustment Range: -3V to 0V continuously adjustable; ??Reference Input Impedance ≥2MΩ; Current through Reference Electrode ≤1μA; ??Half-load Output Ripple Factor: ≤1%; ??Constant Current Control Accuracy: ≤1%; ??Reference Potential Error Alarm: ±50mV; ??Resistance to 50HZ Interference: ≥30V (between reference and ground); ??Supports dual-machine automatic switching; ??Full-load Work Efficiency (Overall Work Efficiency) ≥90%; ??On/Off Power Test Function: ??(1) Manual control of two operating states of the equipment, i.e., continuous power supply working state and intermittent power supply during testing (on for 12s, off for 3s, on for 0.8s, off for 0.2s). ??(2) Manual power-off test, by selecting the switch, the instrument enters the intermittent power supply test state, on for 12s, off for 3s. Simultaneously meets DCVG rapid scanning, on for 0.8s, off for 0.2s. ??(3) During the test period, the output current interruption for 3s does not trigger an alarm, and no current shock phenomenon should occur when transitioning from off to on. 1.3 Data Transmission Requirements ??The instrument must achieve remote measurement and control, with the potentiostat providing a remote transmission data port to transmit output current (Iout), output voltage (Vout), and pipe-ground potential (Vins). ??Analog input/output interfaces are standard industrial signals of 4~20mA. Switch input/output interfaces are level signals, pulse signals, contact signals, etc. The voltage value of a high-level signal should be between 20V~24V, and the voltage value of a low-level signal should be between 0~4V.
