The Type II Simple Fry Production Line consists of a fryer, oil separator, elevator, and mixing machine. Each part can operate independently. The fryer can automatically fry the raw materials in the fryer, pour off the oil, and transfer them to the oil separator for oil removal, all in one seamless process. Temperature, frying time, and oil removal time are all controlled automatically by a PC; the frying effect is stable with good uniformity, effectively controlling the oil content of the food. The processed products are crispy and delicious with a pure taste.

The equipment boasts simplicity in operation, safety, production cost savings, and reduced labor intensity.

Process: Fried – Deoiled – Enhanced – Mixed with Ingredients.

Frying Machine: Used for frying materials, the contact part is made of 304 material, equipped with an automatic temperature control device, automatic discharge, and optional features for automatic feeding and mixing.

Deoiler: This equipment places the fried material into a deoiling basket. Centrifugal force generated by rotation removes excess oil from the product. The deoiler is of the overhead discharge type, and the deoiled material is conveyed to the mixing machine by a hoist.

Lift Conveyors: Lift conveyors are used to vertically elevate material after de-oiling.

Blender: Equipped with a stainless steel helical mechanism, it mixes various materials and uses the motor's forward and reverse operation to spin the materials out. The contact part with materials is made of stainless steel, ensuring the cleanliness of the materials.
