The Type III Easy-Frying Production Line consists of a frying machine, an oil immersion machine, an oil draining machine, and a blending machine. Each part can operate independently. Temperature, frying time, and oil draining time are all automatically controlled by a PC, ensuring stable and even frying results and effective control over the oil content of the food. The processed products are crispy, delicious, and have a pure taste.
The equipment boasts the advantages of easy operation, safety, production cost savings, and reduced labor intensity.
Process: Fried – Soaked in Oil – De-oiled – Mixed with Ingredients.
Frying Machine: Used for frying materials, the contact part is made of 304 material, equipped with an automatic temperature control device, automatic discharge, and optional features for automatic feeding and mixing.
Oil Immersion Machine: Primarily used for deep-frying and oil immersion of products like fried peanuts, broad beans, green beans, and sweet bean curd after frying. The product texture is crispy after oil immersion, featuring automatic temperature control, automatic recirculation, and automatic discharge.
Deoiler: This equipment places the fried material into the deoiling basket. By rotating, centrifugal force removes the excess oil from the product. The deoiler is of the overhead discharge type, and the deoiled material is conveyed to the mixer by a hoist.
Blender: Equipped with a stainless steel spiral mechanism, it blends various materials. The motor operates in both clockwise and counterclockwise directions to spin out the materials. The contact part is made of stainless steel, ensuring the cleanliness of the materials.
