
American Standard Check Valve
The American standard cutoff valve is suitable for pipelines in various systems such as oil, chemical, hydraulic, and thermal power stations, with nominal pressures ranging from Class 900 to 2500 Lb and operating temperatures of ≤540°C. It is used to cut off or connect pipeline media. The applicable media include water, oil products, steam, etc. Operating methods include manual, gear-driven, and electric.
Structural Features
Valves are connected to pipelines using flanged structures.
2. The valve cavity utilizes a pressure self-tightening sealing structure, with the sealing performance improving as the internal cavity pressure increases.
3. The sealing surfaces of the valve disc and seat are made by surfacing with SLITE cobalt-based hard alloy, offering excellent wear resistance, high-temperature resistance, good abrasion resistance, and a long service life.
4. Compact structure, good opening and closing, low height, and easy maintenance.
5. Valve cover stuffing box is reasonably designed, with anti-corrosion additives in the packing, ensuring reliable sealing and smooth operation.
6. The valve features an upper sealing structure, ensuring no leakage at the valve stem during operation.
