Bidirectional pressure-bearing
Full-metal hard-sealed双向 butterfly valve, through independently developed design software, optimizes three eccentric parameters, improves the positional and dimensional tolerances of key components, enabling bidirectional pressure-bearing of the valve and arbitrary flow direction during installation. The bidirectional pressure has passed national professional testing institution inspection.
Two: Full Metal Sealed Structure
The full metal hard-to-hard bidirectional seal butterfly valve is constructed with stacked metal sheets and graphite layers. The graphite in the multi-layer sealing surfaces is prone to erosion by the fluid, resulting in a short service life. In contrast, the full metal hard-to-hard bidirectional seal butterfly valve from our national manufacturer is made with full metal forgings for its sealing components, i.e., the sealing ring and valve seat. The sealing ring can be surfacing-welded or spray-welded with various wear-resistant and temperature-resistant alloys. Its advantages include: resistance to erosion, lower sealing pressure, lower torque, longer service life, and wear resistance.
Three: Unique Second Eccentric Design
Standard full metal hard-to-hard bidirectional sealing butterfly valve with second eccentric design directly offsets the valve stem from the valve body passage. The sealing surface passage and the valve body passage share the same axis, resulting in uneven force distribution on the valve body.
The second eccentric of the all-metal hard-to-hard bidirectional seal butterfly valve is the offset between the sealing passage and the valve body passage, while the valve stem and the valve body passage are on the same axis, ensuring the valve body is symmetrical on both sides and evenly distributed in terms of stress.
Four: Double Slope/Seal Structure
The full metal hard-to-hard bidirectional seal butterfly valve used in domestic industry features a double oblique/surface sealing structure, reducing radial eccentricity, increasing the width of the sealing surface, resulting in a smaller sealing pressure ratio for the valve, friction resistance, and simultaneously lowering the valve's operating torque.

The valve rod and butterfly plate, as well as the valve rod and the actuator, both use spline connection structures, ensuring even force distribution, easy assembly and disassembly, and reducing the long-term maintenance costs of the product.
The lower valve rod is fixed with a more rigid shaft structure, which can shorten the connection position between the valve rod and the butterfly plate, resulting in a smaller flow resistance in the channel.
The upper valve rod features a non-popped pin structure, with the drive section being 10% smaller than the butterfly plate's loading section, preventing internal valve rod breakage. The double valve rod design structure addresses the issue of inconsistent expansion between the valve rod, butterfly plate, and valve body due to thermal expansion.
Six: Double-sealed zero leakage

Seven: True fire-resistant structure
