
Multi-layer hard-sealed trapezoidal butterfly valve
The Multi-level Hard Sealed Three-Offset Butterfly Valve is an optimized design by our technical team, which absorbs the structures and characteristics of similar foreign products and overcomes the defects of the original products in use. This design enhances the valve's durability and reliability in sealing. The butterfly valve employs a three-dimensional offset design principle, with the sealing pair consisting of two overlapping conical section surfaces. After the butterfly plate's rotation center passes through the eccentric values of the valve body and seat, it achieves instantaneous contact and separation for opening and closing. The labyrinthine seal is achieved through the metal and graphite layered structure of the butterfly plate sealing ring, which not only minimizes the torque required for valve operation but also ensures the butterfly valve's sealing performance. The bi-directional pressure butterfly valve achieves zero leakage in both inlet and outlet directions by reducing the eccentric value and enhancing the strength of the butterfly plate, valve shaft, and actuator, etc.
