
Full-welded ball valve
Full-welded ball valve with multi-functional capabilities, serving as both a medium cut-off and a filter. This design saves installation space and eliminates the need for traditional pre-filters, with simple and convenient installation and cleaning. The fully welded structure ensures a longer service life.
Structural Features
1. Integral welding ball valve, no external leakage will occur.
2. The valve seat is composed of a PTFE sealing ring and spring, offering strong adaptability to changes in pressure and temperature. There will be no leakage within the operating range.
3. The ball processing is tracked and monitored by advanced computerized detection equipment, ensuring a high processing density.
4. The sealing ring is made of C-PTFE material with 20% carbon content, ensuring a completely leak-proof seal.
5. Compared to similar products of the same specification, the valve body is smaller, lighter in weight, aesthetically pleasing, and has a longer service life.
6. The valve body, ball, and side valve body are all formed by pressing seamless steel pipes. The valve stem is sealed with double "O" rings, and also features blow-out prevention.
7. The filter screen and sphere are integrated into one unit. The filter globe valve, linked within the pipeline, inherently serves as a filter, capable of replacing a traditional filter for use. This multi-functional valve saves installation space and operational costs. It can block particles with a diameter greater than 4.5mm.
8. The filter screen features a sloped mouth design, ensuring that the medium flows normally through the valve while blocking impurity particles, allowing for normal valve operation. The design includes a pressure relief valve, which can adjust the pressure difference between the valve body's interior and exterior, enhancing the valve's safety performance. Additionally, a threaded ball valve can be used in place of the pressure relief valve, offering more time and labor savings, convenience, and flexibility in operation.
