
Full-welded ball valve
Full-welded ball valve with multi-functional features; it not only serves as a medium cutoff but also has a filtration function, saving installation space and eliminating the need for traditional pre-filters. Easy to install and clean, featuring a full-welded structure for a longer service life.
Structural Features
1. Integral welding ball valve, no external leakage occurs.
2. The valve seat is composed of a PTFE sealing ring and spring, demonstrating strong adaptability to changes in pressure and temperature. It ensures no leakage within its operating range.
3. The spherical processing is tracked and monitored by advanced computerized inspection equipment, ensuring high processing density.
4. The sealing ring is made of C-PTFE material with 20% carbon content, ensuring complete leak-proof performance.
5. Compared to similar products of the same specification, the valve body is smaller, lighter in weight, aesthetically pleasing, and boasts a longer service life.
6. Valve bodies, spheres, and side valve bodies are all formed by rolling seamless steel pipes. The valve stem is sealed with a double "O" ring and features anti-ejection capability.
7. The filter screen and sphere are integrated into one unit. The filter globe valve, linked within the pipeline, inherently serves as a filter, capable of replacing a conventional filter for use, achieving the effect of multi-functional valves. This saves installation space and operational costs in the pipeline, and can block particles with a diameter larger than 4.5mm.
8. The filter screen features a sloped mouth design to ensure the medium flows normally while blocking impurities, maintaining the valve's normal operation. A pressure relief valve design is employed to adjust the pressure difference between the valve body's internal and external sides, enhancing the valve's safety performance. Additionally, a threaded ball valve can be used in place of the pressure relief valve for more time and labor-saving, convenient, and flexible operation.
