
Full-welded ball valve
Full-welded filter ball valve, featuring multi-functional capabilities, it serves both as a medium cut-off and filtration device. This design saves installation space and can replace traditional pre-filters, offering easy installation and cleaning. The fully welded construction ensures a longer lifespan.
Structural Features
1. Integral welding ball valve, no external leakage occurs.
2. The valve seat is composed of a PTFE sealing ring and spring, offering strong adaptability to changes in pressure and temperature. No leakage occurs within the operating range.
3. The ball processing is monitored by state-of-the-art computerized inspection equipment, ensuring a high processing density.
4. The sealing ring is made of C-PTFE material with 20% carbon content, ensuring complete leakage-free performance.
5. Compared to similar products of the same specification, the valve body is smaller, lighter in weight, aesthetically pleasing, and has a longer service life.
6. The valve bodies, spheres, and side valve bodies are all formed by rolling seamless steel pipes. The valve stem is sealed with a double "O" ring, and also features anti-ejection function.
7. The filter screen and sphere are integrated into one unit. The filter globe valve, linked within the pipeline, inherently serves as a filter, eliminating the need for a separate filter and offering multi-functional benefits. This saves space and operating costs in pipeline installation. It can block particles with a diameter larger than 4.5mm.
8. The filter screen features a slope mouth design, ensuring the medium flows normally through the valve while blocking impurity particles, maintaining valve operation. It incorporates a pressure relief valve design for adjustable pressure difference between the valve body's inner and outer sides, enhancing safety performance. Additionally, a threaded ball valve can be used instead of the pressure relief valve, offering more time and labor-saving, convenient, and flexible operation.
