The WDB series stabilized soil mixing plant is a product developed by our company by integrating the strengths of similar products on the market, combined with our actual operational experience at the factory, after years of dedicated research and development. It is primarily used for the continuous mixing and production of sand and gravel stabilized soil for the construction of high-grade highways, urban and rural roads, airport runways, and can also be used for the production of lime soil stabilization layers and compactable concrete mixing. It features an industrial PC industrial control host, which achieves automatic proportioning of aggregates, cement, and water, offering accurate measurement, high reliability, even mixing, ease of operation, environmental friendliness, and high production efficiency. It is particularly suitable for large-volume continuous operations and is the ideal equipment required for constructing high-grade highways.
This machine employs a computerized belt scale and an electronic spiral scale. The computerized belt scale, equipped with load sensors, speed sensors, and a variable-frequency speed control motor, regulates the speed of the conveying belt to achieve continuous automatic batching. When a change in material ratio is needed, the operator simply adjusts the calculated ratio for the specific material and modifies the digital setpoint on the control computer. The computerized belt scale then automatically provides the material in the new set quantity. The operation is simple and the measurement precision is high. The control computer features automatic display of both instantaneous and cumulative feeding quantities, providing a reliable basis for operator actions and factory production management, while also offering convenience. The water supply system for the addition of water utilizes flow meters for detection and offers both manual and automatic control methods for adjusting the water level in the finished product storage. It boasts a wide adjustment range, simple structure, and easy installation.
This equipment set features a modular, demountable structure for quick disassembly, relocation, and assembly. The entire set can be disassembled into 20 parts, offering flexible on-site arrangement.
Automatic Control System: This system utilizes a PC industrial control host with an excellent user interface and good human-machine dialogue capabilities. It can store and compare data such as production output, and can output printed statistical reports for on-site management and monitoring. The automatic fault detection system and alarm system enhance the overall automation level and reliability of the entire machine. The fully sealed control room with air conditioning reduces the labor intensity of the operators.
Agitator System: The non-lining forced double horizontal shaft mixer eliminates the need for lining replacement, and the specially designed discharge port at the bottom of the mixer facilitates quicker and easier cleaning. The specially designed wear-resistant alloy blades greatly enhance efficiency. The extended agitator arm and optimally distributed blades ensure thorough and even mixing of materials.
