I. Operating Principle
The thermal oil storage heat transfer unit utilizes the inexpensive electricity from the off-peak hours (11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, for 8 hours) to convert electrical energy into high-temperature heat energy, which is then stored in the unit's thermal storage tank. When heat is needed, the unit circulates air through the thermal storage tank via a fan, converting the stored heat into hot air. This hot air passes through a heat exchanger, heating the thermal oil, which is then used to supply heat to the user.
II. Application
Thermal oil is widely used in the oil, chemical, fat, food, textile dyeing, synthetic fiber, papermaking, plastic, rubber, wood, building materials, metallurgy, machining and casting, air conditioning and electrical equipment, fat and paint industries. It is also applied in road construction projects, scientific research, and the shipping industry.
