Structural Design: Utilizes a rational "sandwich" phase line tightly overlaid structure design, with a compact busbar channel shape and smaller volume, while enhancing the dynamic and thermal stability of the busbar system.
Water Resistance: Made of high-performance insulating resin, offering excellent airtightness and watertightness, with a protection rating of IP68. IP68 is a high-level protection rating that can prevent dust from entering and can operate reliably for a long time even under continuous immersion.
Fire-resistant properties: The insulating resin is an auto-extinguishing insulating material with a fire resistance grade of A and a fire rating of F120; it can operate in flames of 950-1000℃ for over 90 minutes without interrupting the circuit, and the insulating resin is halogen-free, releasing no harmful gases at high temperatures.
Corrosion Resistance: The busbars in the metal enclosure cannot prevent corrosion from acid rain, corrosive gases from chemical plants, or even corrosive liquids that may splash onto electrical products. This necessitates the busbars to have corrosion resistance. The epoxy resin casting material for the busbar槽 exhibits excellent corrosion resistance, effectively resisting erosion from various chemicals.
Mechanical properties: Can withstand a mechanical impact of 6 joules, ensuring safe use and excellent explosion-proof performance.
All-weather products: The products can be used without altitude restrictions; they can operate continuously at temperatures as low as -40℃ without cracking of the insulating resin; they are suitable for long-term use in both indoor and outdoor environments with high pollution levels (level 4).
