The casting busbar channel is made by pouring high-performance insulating resin and various inorganic minerals. It is a new type of non-metallic busbar channel with a casting and sealed design for busbars, featuring IP68 protection level and four protective functions: waterproof, fireproof, corrosion-resistant, and explosion-proof.

Structure Design: Utilizes a rational "sandwich" phase-line closely overlapped structure design, with a compact busbar channel shape and smaller volume, while enhancing the dynamic and thermal stability of the busbar system.
Water Resistance: Made with high-performance insulating resin, it boasts excellent airtightness and watertightness, achieving a protection rating of IP68. IP68 is a high-level protection rating that prevents dust from entering and ensures long-term reliable operation even under continuous immersion.
Fire-resistant Performance: The insulating resin is an auto-extinguishing insulating material with an A-grade fire resistance and F120 fire rating; it can operate in flames of 950-1000℃ for over 90 minutes without interrupting the circuit, and the insulating resin is halogen-free, thus not releasing harmful gases at high temperatures.
Corrosion Resistance: The busbar slots of the metal housing cannot prevent corrosion from acid rain, corrosive gases produced by chemical plants, or corrosive liquids that may splash onto electrical products. This necessitates that the busbars possess corrosion resistance. The epoxy resin casting material used for casting the busbar slots has excellent corrosion resistance, effectively resisting the侵蚀 of various chemicals.
Mechanical properties: Withstanding a mechanical impact of 6 joules, ensuring safe use and excellent explosion-proof capabilities.
All-weather products: The products can be used without altitude restrictions; they can operate continuously at temperatures as low as -40℃ without cracking of the insulating resin; they are suitable for long-term use in both indoor and outdoor environments with high pollution levels (level 4).
