The cast busway is made of high-performance insulating resin and various inorganic minerals. It is a novel busway with a non-metallic housing that directly casts the busbars for sealing, offering IP68 protection with four防水, 防火, 防腐,防爆 functions.

Structural Design: Utilizes a reasonable "sandwich" phase line closely stacked structure design, with busbars having a compact shape and smaller volume, and enhances the dynamic and thermal stability of the busbar system.

Waterproof Performance: Made with high-performance insulating resin, featuring excellent airtightness and watertightness, and a protection rating of IP68. IP68 is a high-level protection rating, capable of preventing dust entry and ensuring reliable operation even under continuous immersion.

Fire-resistant Properties: The insulating resin is an auto-extinguishing insulating material with a fire resistance grade of A and a fire rating of F120. It can operate in flames of 950-1000℃ for over 90 minutes without interrupting the circuit, and the insulating resin is halogen-free, releasing no harmful gases at high temperatures.

Corrosion Resistance: The busbar channel of the metal housing cannot prevent corrosion from acid rain, corrosive gases produced by chemical plants, or corrosive liquids that may splash onto electrical products. This requires the busbar to have corrosion resistance. The epoxy resin casting material used for casting the busbar channel possesses excellent corrosion resistance, effectively resisting the侵蚀 of various chemicals.

Mechanical Properties: Withstanding 6 joules of mechanical impact, ensuring safe operation and excellent explosion-proof performance.

All-weather Products: Products can be used without altitude limitations; they can operate for long periods in temperatures as low as -40°C without cracking of the insulating resin; suitable for long-term use in indoor and outdoor environments with high pollution levels (Grade 4).
