I. Product Overview

VILVA-AC380V-30KW-RLC is designed to meet the requirements of laboratory testing for grid-connected inverters' anti-islanding function. It can simulate various resistive, inductive, and capacitive AC loads, mimic various operating environments for inverters, and test the output power and load-bearing capacity of inverters. It can also detect the resonance point of photovoltaic inverters. The main unit is equipped with resistive, capacitive, and inductive loads, and the power input employs step-wise combined control, allowing for various power input combinations. Primarily used in the factory inspection, type testing, production debugging, scientific research and development, laboratory electrical testing, and certification by authoritative bodies. It is also applied in the product acceptance and routine maintenance testing of grid-connected inverters by users, providing scientific assessment of inverter power supply capabilities and offering test reports.

VILVA-RLC Islanding Test Load, photovoltaic grid-connected power generation systems fall under distributed power supply systems. When power supply to the grid is interrupted due to electrical faults, maloperation, or natural factors, individual photovoltaic grid-connected systems continue to operate and are connected to local loads in an independent running state, a phenomenon known as islanding. Considering electrical safety and quality, islanding conditions are not permitted. Therefore, photovoltaic grid-connected power generation systems should be capable of detecting islanding states and quickly and effectively stopping grid connection operation.

Resistive loads utilize advanced power consumption components, with the resistors thermally shrunk and sealed inside stainless steel tubes, featuring insulated heat dissipating fins on the outside: excellent moisture and corrosion resistance, good heat dissipation, high insulation, and safety. The resistive elements have high power density, no red-hot phenomena, and an independent cooling fan, ensuring the overall system's heat dissipation capabilities.

This load overcomes the characteristics of the water resistance testing system, such as the inability to accurately control its resistance value, the tendency to boil easily, the propensity to scale, and the difficulty in conducting sudden load-on/sudden load-off tests. It is an upgraded and replaced product for water resistance. This product boasts high safety, low maintenance costs, minimal noise, and strong overload capacity.

The fan utilizes an axial flow design, featuring high air volume, high speed, excellent heat dissipation, and low noise.
