I. Product Overview
VILVA-RCD AC single/three-phase load is a non-linear analog load, suitable for testing UPS power supplies, inverters, etc., to understand their actual working capabilities when handling nonlinear loads such as computers, network equipment, etc. By detecting the power output and quality of the power supply, it can prevent it from failing to power loads or polluting the power grid during actual use, thereby ensuring power supply safety.
Traditional R/RLC simulated loads are based on linear loads, unable to mimic the characteristics of non-linear loads, making it difficult to test the actual performance of generator sets and UPS systems in data centers and network power environments. Only by using RCD non-linear loads can an accurate judgment be made on the output power and power quality of power supply equipment.
The RCD load box is in compliance with national standards such as GB/T7260.3-2003 "Uninterruptible Power Supply Equipment (UPS, Part 3: Methods and Requirements for Determining Performance)", through in-depth research and testing, we have determined the design specifications and parameter standards for RCD loads, and developed a new-type RCD simulator load.

The fan utilizes a small axial fan, featuring high air volume, excellent heat dissipation, and low noise.
Equipped with over-temperature automatic alarm protection: In case of overheating due to special reasons, the load can be automatically disconnected to ensure safe operation.
The fan automatically starts during loading and delays automatically shuts off after unloading.
Self-developed new energy consumption alloy resistors with high power density, no red hot phenomena, and long service life.
Communication Interface: Ethernet, (Reserved 485 interface, compliant with Modbus-RTU: for customer self-developed software);
The software can set the required power value, automatically calculate and select the appropriate power tier.
Can perform ON/OFF stress tests.
Real-time data logging and fault inquiries.
