Overview: VILVA – Water-cooled Load Box for both AC and DC, featuring a segmented combination control for power input, supporting sudden addition/sudden removal tests. Resistive loads operate in a power consumption mode, utilizing water-cooled heat dissipation to greatly ensure the reliability of constant power discharge. The water-cooled load box is primarily used to test the output power and load-bearing capacity of ship generators, as well as all electrical parameters including dynamic ones. When used in conjunction with a supervisory computer, it achieves intelligence and automation, completing specialized testing of all electrical parameters of the generator set, while also generating charts, curves, and detection reports.

The resistive load operates in a power consumption mode, utilizing water cooling for effective heat dissipation, ensuring the reliability of constant power discharge. The water-cooled load box primarily tests the output power and load-bearing capacity of ship generators, as well as all electrical parameters, including dynamic ones. When used in conjunction with a supervisory computer, it achieves intelligence and automation, conducting specialized tests on all electrical parameters of the generator set, and generating charts, curves, and test reports, providing a scientific testing method for ship generator equipment. The ship-specific water-cooled load test device can be optionally equipped with generator-specific testing instruments, accurately measuring steady-state three-phase voltage, current, active power, frequency, operating time, and other basic functions. It boasts powerful voltage waveform recording capabilities, enabling monitoring of all steady-state parameters, sudden addition/removal, voltage/current/frequency curves, as well as voltage/current harmonic curves and harmonic content. Moreover, the voltage/frequency setting test, fluctuation test, and transient test functions can automatically measure the voltage and current high/low values, frequency high/low values, and recovery time during load mutations. When used in conjunction with a supervisory computer, it can automatically measure all electrical and dynamic parameters of the generator.
