The QBY Cast Iron Diaphragm Pump is a new type of conveying equipment powered by compressed air from an air compressor. It is suitable for various corrosive liquids, liquids with particles, high viscosity, volatile, flammable, and highly toxic liquids. Its design features and application scenarios are as follows:
Design Features
No priming required: The QBY cast iron diaphragm pump has a suction lift of up to 7 meters, a discharge head of 50 meters, and an outlet pressure of ≥6 kgf/cm².
Excellent performance: spacious flow, allows passage of large particle diameters up to 10mm, suitable for pumping sludge and impurities, with minimal wear on the pump.
Stepless Adjustment: Lift and flow can be adjusted steplessly through the valve opening (pressure regulation between 1-7 kgf/cm²).
Safe and Reliable: No rotating parts, no shaft seals, the diaphragm completely isolates the medium from the pump's moving parts, preventing medium leakage. Suitable for toxic, volatile, or corrosive media.
Wide Application Range: Suitable for flammable and explosive areas, with simple structure, fewer wearing parts, and easy installation and maintenance.
High Temperature Resistance: Capable of transporting high-temperature liquids, with a tolerance of up to 150℃.
Usage Scenario
Industrial Applications: Suitable for conveying acidic, alkaline, solvents, suspensions, and other mediums.
Food Processing: Pump suction for peanut butter, sauerkraut, mashed potatoes, mini sausages, jam applesauce, chocolate, etc.
Chemical Industry: Suitable for various corrosive liquids, strong acids, strong bases, etc.
Environmental Engineering: Used for wastewater treatment, oil well sediment extraction, etc.
