The QBY cast iron diaphragm pump is a new type of conveying machinery powered by compressed air from an air compressor. It is suitable for various corrosive liquids, liquid with particles, high viscosity, volatile, flammable, and highly toxic liquids. Its design features and application scenarios are as follows:
Design Features
No priming required: The QBY cast iron diaphragm pump has an suction lift of up to 7 meters, a head of 50 meters, and an outlet pressure of ≥6 kgf/cm².
Excellent performance: spacious flow, allowing passage of large particle diameters up to 10mm, suitable for pumping sludge and impurities with minimal wear on the pump.
Continuous Adjustment: Head and flow can be continuously adjusted through the opening degree of the gas valve (air pressure adjustment between 1-7 kgf/cm²).
Safe & Reliable: No rotating parts, no shaft seals, and a diaphragm completely isolates the medium from the pump's moving components, preventing medium leakage. Suitable for toxic, volatile, or corrosive media.
Wide Application Range: Suitable for flammable and explosive areas, featuring simple structure, minimal wearing parts, and easy installation and maintenance.
High Temperature Resistance: Capable of transferring high-temperature liquids, with a tolerance up to 150℃.
Application Scenario
Industrial Applications: Suitable for conveying acidic, alkaline, solvents, suspensions, and other mediums.
Food Processing: Pump suction peanut butter, pickles, mashed potatoes, little sausages, jam apple puree, chocolate, etc.
Chemical Industry: Suitable for various corrosive liquids, strong acids, strong alkalis, etc.
Environmental Engineering: Used for wastewater treatment, oil well sediment extraction, etc.
