One,TThe platform surface of the mold slot should be free of rust, scratches, dents, and other aesthetic defects that may affect usage.

Two、TThe work surface of the mold cavity platform should not have casting defects such as sand holes, gas holes, cracks, inclusions, and shrinkage porosity. All casting surfaces should be coated with molding sand, with smooth and even surfaces, and the edges should be rounded off.
