The ZLS-2iC Stage 2 Compressor starts with a command from the integrated display and control unit via a high-speed communication protocol, ensuring rapid response between the stages and simultaneous startup of two integrated variable-frequency inverters. Once the inverters start, the internal control system of the inverter independently controls the pressure transmitters at each stage directly connected to the inverter, resulting in faster pressure reading and PID response, ensuring quick and stable pressure. The coordination operates with simultaneous start and stop. If any air compressor shuts down or encounters a fault, the other one immediately follows suit. Even if the communication line is broken, the integrated air compressor can operate independently for protection. It makes a shutdown action based on the values monitored by the sensors.
