The ZLS-2iC secondary compression air compressor, upon startup, receives a start command from the integrated display and control unit via a high-speed communication protocol. This ensures rapid response between the two stages, simultaneously starting two integrated variable-frequency inverters. Once the inverters are powered up, the internal control system of the inverters independently controls the pressure transmitters at each stage, directly connected to the integrated variable-frequency inverter. This results in faster pressure reading and PID response, ensuring quick and stable pressure. The coordination operates with simultaneous start and stop. If any air compressor shuts down or encounters a fault, the other one immediately follows suit. Even if the communication lines are disconnected, the integrated air compressor can operate independently for protection. It makes a protective shutdown action based on the values monitored by the sensors.
