Electrical (Hydraulic) Plug Valve
Electromagnetic plug valves, also known as electric screw gate valves or electric plug gates, are commonly used with unloaders. The diameter of the electric screw gate valve is matched with the feeder inlet of the unloaders, available in square and round shapes. The advantages of the electromagnetic plug valve include a valve body with no grooves, ensuring the medium does not get stuck or blocked, and it features full-bore flow characteristics, making it suitable for pipeline use with powdered or granular media. The sealing structure of the plug valve can be divided into soft-seal and hard-seal configurations. The electric plug valve has good process properties and a compact structure, with the sealing seat designed as a movable structure that features anti-wear and automatic compensation functions, thereby extending its lifespan. During the closing and opening process, the valve seat and the gate plate remain tightly sealed, ensuring stable operation and the ability to cut off the medium.
Electromagnetic plug valves are the main equipment for controlling the flow of powdered, granular, and small particle materials. Widely used in industries such as metallurgy, mining, building materials, grain, and chemicals, these valves are equipped with electric, pneumatic, and electro-hydraulic actuator rods for operation. They are ideal for controlling flow rates and quick cutting-off. The plug valves have a compact structure, are wear-resistant, have minimal leakage, and are characterized by easy operation, flexible movement, and reduced effort. They can operate normally in high-temperature, high-dust, and strong magnetic environments.
The electric plug valve boasts simple and compact structure, reasonable design, lightweight materials, reliable sealing, easy and flexible operation, small size, smooth flow path, low flow resistance, lightweight, easy installation, and easy disassembly. The gate plate of the electric plug valve has a cutting function, which can scrape off adherent substances on the sealing surface and automatically clear away debris. The stainless steel electric plug valve can prevent sealing leakage caused by corrosion.
