Ceramic knife gate valves, also known as ceramic knife-shaped gate valves, ceramic abrasion-resistant knife gate valves, thin ceramic slag discharge valves, and thin ceramic slurry valves. The shut-off member is the gate, which moves perpendicular to the fluid direction, cutting off the medium with a knife-shaped gate that can cut fibrous materials. The ceramic knife gate valve body actually has no chamber; the gate rises and falls in the lateral guide groove and is securely pressed against the valve seat by a protruding lug at the bottom. For higher medium sealing, an O-shaped ceramic sealing valve seat can be used to achieve bidirectional sealing. It features an ultra-short structural length, saving materials and reducing the overall weight of the piping system; it occupies minimal effective space, effectively supporting pipeline strength, reducing pipeline vibration, and is suitable for installation at any angle on pipes with different layouts. Specifically designed for solid-liquid two-phase flow medium pipelines, it features a structural design aimed at anti-throttling erosion to meet both cutoff and cutoff+throttling dual functions for such pipeline mediums.
