Dome Valve, also known as pneumatic dome valve, silo pump feed valve, breather valve, inflation dome valve, and inflation feed valve, can cut off the flow of material into the pressure tank or a stationary material column, then close to achieve sealing. This ensures the filling rate of the pressure tank without relying on the level gauge of the feed tank, making the control principle simple and reliable. When handling abrasive materials, the expandable pressure sealing ring embedded in the dome valve seat ensures the pressure difference before and after the valve. The elastic expandable sealing ring can indent material particles, avoiding sliding and wear on the valve seat and sealing ring due to pressure differences. The rotating dome valve core's movement within the valve body allows a solid material column to rotate, enabling the dome valve, which is completely filled with material, to pass through the packed material and close and seal.
The dome valve features:
Frictionless opening and closing, easy to operate, not prone to sticking, and ensures no frictional wear on the sealing surface during the opening and closing process; fast opening and closing speed.
2. After closure, the seal is inflated, and the flexible sealing ring, under high pressure, adheres tightly to the dome. The joint surface forms a strip, demonstrating excellent sealing properties.
3. Crankshaft design features full cross-sectional flow for valve opening, while also protecting the round dome valve seal.
4. Automatically monitors sealed air pressure with alarm function to ensure proper sealing.
