Dome Valve, also known as pneumatic dome valve, silo pump feeding valve, breather valve, inflatable dome valve, and inflatable feeding valve, can cut off the flow of material into the pressure tank or a stationary material column, then close to achieve sealing. This ensures the filling rate of the pressure tank without relying on the material level indicator of the sending tank, making the control principle simple and reliable. When handling abrasive materials, the expandable pressure seal ring embedded in the dome valve seat ensures the pressure difference before and after the valve. The elastic expandable seal can indent material particles, preventing sliding of particles due to pressure difference, which reduces wear on the valve seat and seal. The rotating dome valve core's movement within the valve body allows a solid material column to rotate, enabling the dome valve, which is completely filled with material, to pass through the packed material and close and seal.
Features of the dome valve:
Frictionless opening and closing, smooth operation, not prone to sticking, and ensures no frictional wear on the sealing surface during the opening and closing process; fast opening and closing speed.
