Usage
Primarily used for the blending and coloring of polyvinyl chloride resins, as well as coloring and drying of polyethylene and polypropylene granules. It also serves as a drying stage before the molding and processing of moisture-absorbing resins like ABS polycarbonate. This equipment is essential in plastic processing factories and finds extensive applications in industries such as rubber and dyeing. It boasts quick and even mixing, good absorption of additives by the resins, ease of operation, ease of cleaning, durability, and a compact structure. In recent years, it has gradually replaced low-speed mixers and is widely used in the production of various plastic industries.
Introduction
The pot body is made of 6mm stainless steel plate, featuring a smooth and hard inner surface that is wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, high-temperature resistant, and easy to clean. The pot lid is made of ZL102 cast aluminum, with a polished inner surface for easy cleaning and light weight, making it easy to open. The base is made of 8mm stainless steel, and the stirring blade is also made of stainless steel with a polished surface for smoothness, hardness, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance. The hot mixing lid is opened pneumatically, with the main shaft equipped with three sets of NSK deep groove ball bearings. The shaft seal utilizes a variety of size frame-type double-lip oil seals for reliable and stable sealing, preventing material from entering the shaft seal area. The drive system employs a belt reduction method, ensuring reliable operation and preventing overloading. The hot mixing pot lid is sealed with two silicone rubber sealing strips for reliable sealing, high-temperature resistance, and no deformation.
