Pneumatic high vacuum plug valve is a valve designed for high vacuum environments, primarily powered by compressed air to move a piston, which in turn drives the valve body to open and close through the piston rod. It boasts a rational structure, attractive appearance, smooth operation, compact size, reliable performance, excellent sealing, and long service life. This valve is suitable for high vacuum equipment, with air and non-corrosive gases as the main media.
Working Principle
The pneumatic high vacuum plug valve operates by using compressed air to propel the piston, which in turn pushes or pulls the actuator along the axial direction. The actuator is connected to the valve plate through a pivot valve rod, completing the opening and closing actions of the valve plate. The valve's opening or closing time is typically no more than 4 seconds.
Application Scenario
Pneumatic high vacuum plug valves are widely used in high vacuum equipment, suitable for connecting or cutting off air flow in vacuum pipelines. They feature a compact structure, small size, and light weight, making them ideal for various applications requiring high vacuum sealing.
