DYC-JQ Electromagnetic Vacuum Pressure Difference Filling Valve is a valve installed on mechanical vacuum pumps, mainly used to prevent pump oil return and avoid pump oil contamination of the vacuum system. The valve is connected to the same power supply as the pump. When the solenoid valve is closed or suddenly loses power, the valve closes the vacuum system automatically by utilizing the atmospheric pressure difference, and fills the pump cavity with atmosphere. When power is applied, the pilot valve cuts off the atmosphere, the vacuum pump extracts air, and the valve plate automatically opens, allowing the vacuum system to operate normally.
Operating Principle
The DYC-JQ electromagnetic vacuum pressure difference filling valve automatically closes the valve plate with the pressure difference force between the atmosphere and vacuum, sealing the vacuum system to maintain its vacuum level, and fills the atmosphere into the pump cavity through the throttle hole of the valve to prevent oil backflow and contamination of the vacuum system. When powered on, the pilot valve cuts off the atmosphere, the vacuum pump evacuates, and the valve plate automatically opens, allowing the vacuum system to operate normally.
Application Scenarios
This valve is suitable for high vacuum requirements in fields such as semiconductor manufacturing, aerospace, and material scientific research. It features a clever design, compact structure, high-quality materials, and advanced electromagnetic drive technology, ensuring reliability and durability over long-term use.
