Lathe machines are used for the thermal processing of glass and quartz, as well as for the round blowing and sealing of glass or quartz.
The lathe features a linear guide rail design with dual chain synchronous transmission, particularly incorporating a hexagonal drive shaft with adjustable sleeve, which resolves the issue of momentary desynchronization, achieving high precision synchronization required for glass processing.
The lathe uses linear guide rail slide motion, reducing wear on the headstock and guide rail, thereby extending its service life.
The lathe has increased the center height, extended the chuck's processing distance, and adopted an HT250 full-casting design, adding overall weight to enhance stability during operation and improve product quality.
