1. Overview
Our mining track explosive goods transport vehicles have obtained multiple inspection reports and patent certificates. The product is mainly composed of two parts: the upper part, which is a mining blasting box made of 6-8 thick explosion-proof steel plates externally, 10 thick insulating wood boards internally, and 2 thick flame-retardant pads that are fireproof, shockproof, and static-proof; and the lower part, which is a material carriage suitable for tracks with 600, 762, and 900 gauge.
2. Product Highlights:
1) Supports single-sided and multi-sided doors for handling explosive materials.
2) Double lock structure, featuring two GA mechanical locks and one mechanical keypad lock, which has achieved anti-theft and anti-damage functions.
3) The top of the case is fitted with four lifting rings for easy loading and unloading of the product.
4) Customization available based on customer's bin requirements and load capacity.
3. Qualification Certificates: As this product is primarily used for transportation in underground and above-ground blasting operations in coal mines and non-coal mines, our company has specifically applied for and registered the "Mine Standard." This includes the "Mine-Use Mobile Explosive Hazardous Material Storage Box" with the 2022 new testing standards, as evidenced by the "Public Security Ministry Testing Report," as well as "Anti-static Testing Report" and "Explosion-Proof Testing Report" and other relevant certification reports. For different types of mining requirements, we have also obtained the "Coal Safety Certificate," "Mine Safety Certificate" for 600mm, 762mm, and 900mm gauge, respectively. These reports have been verified for authenticity on the websites of relevant official agencies.
To ensure product after-sales and quality requirements, our company has currently achieved unified standardization of the above inspection reports.
Special attention is drawn to the fact that a variety of non-standard products have emerged in the current market, which are characterized by the following two prominent features:
1) Certificate Patchwork Type: Refers to the situation where multiple companies collectively use documents such as the "Public Security Inspection Report," "Explosion-Proof Inspection Report," "Static Electricity Inspection Report," "Coal Safety Certificate," or "Mine Safety Certificate," rather than being held by a single company.
2) Certificate Mismatch Type: Refers to the inconsistency in model numbers among key inspection reports such as the Public Security Inspection Report, Explosion-Proof Inspection Report, and Electrostatic Discharge Inspection Report, etc.
Please carefully and seriously identify, dear old and new customers, to prevent the purchase of non-compliant products and pose significant safety hazards to the mine.
