This product is suitable for sand cores of cast steel and cast iron. Features: Due to a breakthrough in mechanism, only using this product without insulating risers can achieve a "U"-shaped, flat-bottomed riser shrinkage shape, with no secondary shrinkage, and a feeding efficiency of up to 30%, saving one-third of the riser steel volume, improving process yield, and reducing casting costs; virtually carbon-free, ensuring chemical composition. The extended solidification time of the riser is highly beneficial for the upward floating of gases and inclusions in the casting, enhancing the intrinsic quality of the casting. Transportation, storage, and use are particularly convenient, making it easy to promote. The product has excellent insulating properties, produces no harmful gases, and significantly improves the working environment for the casting workers. Its performance is fundamentally different from that of lime ash and pumice, with equivalent feeding effects to imported similar products.
