Moist Sand Mold Release AgentSuitable for clay sand machine molding and hand molding methods. It exhibits excellent demolding properties even under unfavorable conditions with a significant temperature difference between the molding sand and the mold temperature, allowing for reduced or eliminated heating of the mold; waterborne emulsion, fire hazard-free, and highly safe; can form physical and chemical bondings between the demolding agent and metal molds; capable of continuous molding with a single coating or spraying application; usage is only 50%-20% of oil-based products, resulting in a low overall cost.

       Prevents mold sand adhesion, enhances casting quality, features anti-rust properties, and extends mold lifespan.

       Instructions: Blow the model (mold) surface clean with compressed air; directly add the raw liquid into the spray system of the molding material line and spray onto the mold surface, or use manual spraying. After even spraying, sand molding can be done without drying.

Performance Status: Appearance - milky white, low viscosity liquid. Ignition Point: None.

       Specific Gravity: (25℃) 0.85 ± 0.02. Flow Point: -7℃.

       Viscosity: (25℃) 3.5 ± 1.5 cst.

Caution: Pay attention to the angle, amount, atomization, and spray time of the release agent; during summer, prevent direct sunlight; during winter, prevent freezing storage.

Transport and storage should be sealed, away from fire and heat sources. Store in a well-ventilated, cool place. Shelf life is six months. Wear necessary protective gear when in use.
