Hot core box cleaner is used for cleaning the release agent and coated sand residue (commonly known as carbon buildup) left on hot core box molds.

Operation Method:

1、If carbon accumulation is not severe, first pour the hot core box cleaner into the cleaning pool (made of carbon steel, plastic), then allow the hot core box mold to cool naturally before removing it from the injection core machine. Submerge it completely in the hot core box cleaner. The soaking time is approximately24Remove after about an hour; simply clean with a scrub pad or steel wool.

2、If carbon buildup is severe, and the steps above do not completely remove it, you may opt to soak further.

Cautionary Notes:

1Avoid prolonged contact with copper and aluminum; if contact occurs, clean it promptly.

2Operators must wear rubber gloves and protective goggles during operation. In case of accidental spillage on the body or into the eyes, rinse immediately with clean water.

3Store in a cool, well-ventilated, dry storage area, away from fire and heat sources, and avoid storing with strong oxidizers and reducers.
