The TLS type heat exchanger is a copper tube through aluminum foil type heat exchanger, utilizing advanced mechanical expansion and double-hinged arc wave corrugated aluminum fin structure. The mechanical expansion ensures a tight contact between the copper tube and aluminum fin, while the arc wave promotes fluid turbulence, destroys the boundary layer, and enhances the heat transfer coefficient. The advanced structure, combined with rational waterway length, tube spacing, and fin spacing design, results in excellent heat transfer performance, low air resistance, compact structure, and light weight. It is widely applicable in air conditioning, cooling, dehumidification, and heating projects, serving as an ideal matching product for new air handling units and air processing units. It can also be connected to ducts for use as a standalone cooling or heating unit.
Copper tube welding employs low-temperature rapid brazing to ensure pressure resistance greater than 1.2 MPa.
The heat exchanger offers a variety of plate spacing (2.2-3.5mm) and a complete range of specifications and types to meet different operating conditions and various combinations.
