The UII type is a finned tube suitable for both steam heating and hot water heating systems, with both the inlet and outlet connections on the same side. The inlet and outlet tubes are connected using U-bend fittings, thus accommodating certain special installation requirements, such as when one end of the finned tube needs to be against a wall or other obstacles.
Finned tubeAll are wound with Ф16X1mm copper tubes and 10X0.2mm corrugated copper strips, forming a spiral shape. They come in three different pitch distances: 3.2mm-"R", 4.2mm-"M", and 6.5mm-"T". The "R" pitch has a smaller pitch and a larger heat dissipation area, offering high heat dissipation capacity; the "M" pitch has a larger pitch with less heat dissipation and air resistance; the "T" pitch is suitable for higher steam pressure and lower air temperature rise conditions due to its larger pitch.
Model row spacing (sheet distance code) - Surface tube count - Surface tube length (inches). For a two-row configuration with a sheet distance of 3.2mm, 21 surface tubes, and a tube length of 60 inches, it is UII-2(R)-21-60.
