Composed of steel pipes with aluminum finning, the fin thickness is 0.3mm, ensuring high heat dissipation efficiency and non-detachment. The pipe diameter can be customized according to customer requirements. The advanced manufacturing process involves the lamination of steel and aluminum pipes on a machine, resulting in a tight bond between the steel base pipe and aluminum fins. It boasts benefits such as low thermal resistance, excellent heat transfer performance, high strength, low flow loss, strong corrosion resistance, and a long service life.


The double metal finned tube is made by cold rolling and bonding two different metal tubes (such as steel tube, copper tube) with an aluminum tube on a machine, overcoming the drawback that aluminum and other metals cannot be welded. It is also known as steel-aluminum composite finned tube, copper-aluminum composite finned tube, and rolling fin tube. It utilizes the pressure resistance of the base tube and the heat transfer properties of aluminum; its malleability highlights the process characteristics of both materials. It has unparalleled advantages compared to other types of finned tubes.

(1) Lightweight. Aluminum has the lowest specific gravity among commonly used non-ferrous and ferrous metals. The use of lightweight metal fins in the construction ensures the heat exchangers are inherently lightweight.

(2) High thermal conductivity. Aluminum has a thermal conductivity of about 211.9 W/mK, making it more cost-effective than silver and copper. Objects with good thermal conductivity tend to absorb heat quickly and dissipate it rapidly.

(3) Low air resistance. After processing, the surface of the dual-metal fin tube is smooth with no creases. Air can easily pass through the gaps between the fins.

(4) Low contact thermal resistance. Practice has proven that the bimetallic fin tube has almost zero contact thermal resistance below 210 degrees Celsius. Low contact thermal resistance ensures the performance of heat transfer.

A steel-aluminum composite radiator is a heating radiator that integrates the heat dissipation tube (low-carbon steel) with the heat dissipation fin (aluminum profile) through welding technology, commonly known as radiators. It employs the automatic spiral expansion tube process, ensuring gapless expansion, and features a new electrostatic spraying technology with 180-degree high-temperature curing. After several airtightness pressure tests, the working pressure is 1.5 MPa. The product can be manufactured in various models and specifications, widely suitable for residential areas, villas, dormitories, workshops, hotels, office buildings, and other public buildings.

The water supply pipes are made of low-carbon seamless steel tubes with a wall thickness of 1.8mm. The internal cavity is treated for corrosion resistance, reducing the requirements for water quality and ensuring long-term stable operation.

2. Heat pipes (low-carbon steel) are tightly bonded with heat fins (aluminum profiles) through expansion, achieving zero gap thermal resistance and excellent thermal performance.

3. The surface is polished, which not only removes dirt from the metal, but also promotes a strong bond between the metal and the coating, enhancing the product's thermal properties.

Steel-aluminum composite radiators and copper-aluminum composite radiators are similar products; the only difference is that the material of the water passage pipe has been changed from copper pipe to low-carbon seamless steel pipe, reducing manufacturing costs. It is an economical and durable option, and the increased wall thickness also improves compatibility with the boiler system.
