Shell and Tube Heat ExchangerPrimarily used for cooling industrial oil, it contains an unspecified number of copper tubes (the quantity and diameter of the tubes can be determined based on the heat dissipation index). The ends of the copper tubes are fixed onto the flange. The working principle is as follows: the oil medium passes through the copper tubes, while cooling liquids like water circulate in the space between the shell and the copper tubes. During this process, heat is transferred from high temperature to low temperature, meaning the heat in the oil is transferred to the cold water, which is then carried away by the flowing water. As a result, the hot oil is cooled.
Shell-and-tube heat exchangers offer excellent corrosion resistance, high-temperature tolerance, good thermal conductivity, compact design, non-toxic, scale-free, easy installation and maintenance, wide application range, and competitive pricing.Shell-and-tube heat exchangers come in single-shell and double-shell designs, which can be customized as needed.
